Day 0: I was 2.5 kg over weight but with a cute tummy (which I've grown over a 5years period), almost zero stamina and zero energy due to excessive smoking... unable to do even 10 skipping. Day 7: Today I somehow completed 3 round ckt of 1) 8 squat to press with 5kg weight in each hand, 2) 10 push ups (like a noob), 3) 15 tire jumps, 4) Farmer's walk with 15 kg weight, 5) 40 rope waves, 6) 8 burpees (like a noob again)... yes i took 75 minute to complete all three sets, lied flat on the floor while giving each push ups and burpees.... but the thing is that 'I DID IT'!!!!... I have a condition called habitual knee dysplasia in my right leg, which led to the degeneration of many muscles in my right knee. Not only did my right leg look too thin, but it could not function properly. I could hardly bend my knee or pull my leg against gravity when I started doing exercise with the coaches over here. By the first six months of exercise under their supervision, I gained enough strength to stand on my right leg, and do full squats without exhausting my left legs. I gained stability and strength in my legs by the end of one year. The best part of the training was the meticulous attention from them on every part of my body. They looked at even the tiniest changes in my body and adapted new strategies in training to keep the progression moving. Within one year of my training under them, I went from 98 Kgs to 80 kgs. Note that the 98 kgs was mostly fat and the 80 Kgs was mostly a muscular body. So, it was such a huge change for my body that I had to change my entire wardrobe. My chest went from 38" to 41", my shoulders broadened even more, and most miraculous of all were my legs; my thighs were so thick with so many muscles that most people started mistaking me to be an athlete (Note that I am a researcher by profession sitting on the same chair for most of the day).
